Meet our CEO and Principal Consultant

Brian, CEO and Principal Consultant, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the consultancy. Brian’s track record of success in apprenticeships has been achieved from senior roles within a Russell Group university, a private university, a national leading accountancy training provider, a national employer with 150,000 staff and 600 sites, and most recently, a long-established university in the north of England. Each of these roles comprised developing, implementing, operationalising, and leading apprenticeship courses across multiple industries and sectors. Brian has been part of the learning journey for over 12,000 apprentices throughout his career.

With a deep-rooted passion for apprenticeships and a track record of success in the industry, Brian is committed to making a positive impact on the apprenticeship landscape. With his expertise, strategic insights, and hands-on approach, he leads the way in delivering transformative solutions to our valued clients.
